EOI : A consulting firm to conduct the Namibia Country Strategy and Program Evaluation

IDEV seeks expressions of interest from consulting firms to conduct the Namibia Country Strategy and Program Evaluation covering the period 2014-2023.The evaluation will : (i) assess the contribution of the Bank to Namibia’s development results; (ii) inform the design and preparation of the new country strategy paper and ensure that the evaluation findings, lessons, and recommendations are considered during the preparation process; and (iii) make sure that credible evidence is available to the AfDB Board of Directors and Senior Management for informed and timely decision-making.

The assignment will have an initial duration of three months under the supervision of IDEV. The commencement date is planned for 27th March 2024. 

Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms are invited to provide their expression of interest (EOI). Shortlisted firms will be requested to provide a full proposal thereafter. 

Deadline for EOI : Wednesday 21st February at 17h00 Abidjan time.
