Evaluation Officer
Stéphanie is an Economist with a specialization in International Development Management and Impact Evaluation.
She joined IDEV in May 2017 as a consultant, supporting the department’s work program implementation. Before then, Stéphanie worked for an international consulting firm, providing support for the implementation of CDC-ITOPSS II and USAID-GH Pro operations in various African countries.
Stéphanie holds an M.A in Integral Economic Development Management from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC and a B.A in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She is fluent in both French and English.
