Oswald Agbadome joined IDEV in July 2015. He is a Principal Evaluation Officer and leads corporate evaluations focused on organizational performance. In 2018-2019, he led the team in change the Independent Evaluation of the Implementation of Development and Business Delivery Model and the Evaluation Synthesis on the Effectiveness of Development Partnerships of the Bank.
Before joining IDEV, he worked as Senior Research Officer then Director of Evaluation Studies in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Benin. He contributed to the development of the evaluation function within the Beninese public administration, by designing and implementing the national evaluation policy. He worked on the evaluation of various development policies and programs, the development of the national monitoring and evaluation system and the international cooperation in evaluation between Benin, various evaluation organizations and other African countries, including South Africa and Uganda.
Oswald holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance as well as a Master's in International Development, with a specialization in public policy and project management.
