Eric YAÏ is an Economist (ENEAM) and project management specialist (ENAP Canada) with more than 8 years of experience working on Monitoring and Evaluation, Project management, quality assurance and aid effectiveness. He joined the African Development Bank in November 2017 first as an Evaluation specialist Consultant with IDEV where he actively contributed to corporate, country strategy evaluations and knowledge dissemination activities, and then as the Project portfolio specialist of the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Multi-Donor Trust Fund within the Human Capital, Youth and Skills Development Department (AHHD).
Prior to his experience at the Bank, he worked as Head of the Project Management Unit of the Benin Agency for Universal Access to Electronic Communications and as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the National Commission of the African Peer Review Mechanism, where he helped to design an early warning and evidence-based decision-making systems to improve operational performance and results delivery on the ground.
