Daouda DRABO joined IDEV in 2023 as a Data scientist. Daouda has several years of experience in the field of data science, using data science methods and tools to carry out analytical work and applied research in various sectors and fields such as economics, health and agroecology for national institutions and international organizations: Emergency Networks/Regional Health Agency, Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa/Agroecology Fund, Laboratory of Economics of Dijon, and the Centre for Economic and Social Studies, Documentation and Research. He also worked as a consultant for the Bank on country policy reviews and institutional assessments. He also has several years of teaching experience at various universities.
He holds a Master's degree in Economic Analysis and Policy and a PhD in Economics from the University of Burgundy (France). He also holds a Master's degree in Statistics and Econometrics from the University of Toulouse Capitole/Toulouse School of Economics (France) and a Certificate in Sovereign Credit Rating from the African Institute for Economic Development and Planning (IDEP)/The Economic Commission for Africa (ECA).
