Mr. Tonssour Clément BANSE is a Chief Evaluation Officer at the Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) in the African Development Bank Group (AfDB). He is trained in the management of economic policy and holds a Master's degree from the Research Center on International Development (CERDI), University of Clermont Ferrand1, France. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked as Consultant and Senior Macroeconomist in Ministry of Finance and Economics of Burkina Faso.
At IDEV, Mr. BANSE lead and is involved in various types of evaluations, mainly: Project Performance Evaluations, Project Cluster Evaluations, Project Completion Report Validations, Sectorial Evaluations, Thematic and Corporatate Evaluations and Country Strategy and Program Evaluations (mainly in fragile states).
