Consultant
Boitumelo Adam is an independent Consultant who joined IDEV in September 2023 to support an institutional evaluation of the Human Resources management at the AfDB.
Before joining IDEV, Boitumelo worked as Head of Human Resources and Administration for Lesotho National Development Corporation. Additionally, he has experience working with a number of local and international consultants in HR field for the last 15 years. He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Planning and Development.
