Arsène Birindwa is an Evaluation Capacity Development and Knowledge Management Consultant at IDEV.3 since October 2023. Prior to his role at IDEV, Arsène supported the Digital Agri Hub in managing its francophone community of practice on digital agriculture. He has been actively engaged in providing consultancy services to numerous international organizations, with a primary focus on enhancing policy and institutional capacity development for agricultural and rural development.
Before this, Arsène worked at the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation, where he worked to advance the use and the adoption of digital technologies for agriculture and strengthen information, communication, and knowledge management capacity for agricultural and rural development in African, Caribbean, and Pacific countries.
Arsène holds a Master's degree in Management of Development from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
