Andson Nsune is a Principal Evaluation Officer at Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV). He holds a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia and an M.Sc in Economics, Environment and Policy from Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Mr. Nsune has over 15 years' experience working with international and multilateral development organizations in monitoring, reporting, evaluation and results-based management of projects, country and regional programs, including thematic and outcome evaluations. Prior to joining the AfDB, he has worked with World Vision, Land O’Lakes, UNDP including the Independent Evaluation Office in New York, and the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) in South Africa.

At IDEV, Mr. Nsune is involved in various types of evaluations, mainly project, program, sectoral, thematic, corporate, and Country Strategy and Program Evaluations with a focus on the private sector, infrastructure, industrialization, power systems, energy, climate change, green growth and regional integration.
