This lesson note draws out the key lessons and good practices from an evaluation by IDEV of the quality of the management of resources in projects funded by the African Development Fund (ADF). The evaluation focused on learning and drawing lessons on effective resource management to better inform the design and implementation of future ADF operations and allow the Bank to respond more proactively to the needs of Regional Member Countries.
