The Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank concluded a synthesis evaluation recently on its engagement with resource-rich countries. Four country program evaluations were studied for this report including Zambia. On Tuesday, May 03, 2016, Nick York, IEG’s Director of Human Development and Economic Management Department and Konstantin Atanesyan, Senior Evaluation Officer at IEG were at the Headquarters of the African Development Bank in Abidjan to share lessons from this evaluation.
