This “How do Organisations Learn?” recorded webinar animated by Ms. Erika Maclaughlin, Evaluation Officer , at the African Development Bank looks at theoretical perspectives from management science and industrial organizational psychology to identify a theory for how organizations learn. Reflecting on IDEV’s own experience, Ms. Maclaughlin explores the implications these perspectives have on planning for learning and the use of evaluation activities to contribute to the African Development Bank wider organizational learning agenda.
